It’s okay to be confused about which model to go for when you want the best possible gaming laptop. Here we will be comparing the top 10 models under 85,000 INR based on their specifications, CPU’s benchmarks report, gaming performance, and power efficiency. Let’s look at some key differences between Ryzen 5 5600h specs and the Intel Core i5 11th Gen ( for ex: i5 1135G7). The Ryzen 5 5600H is significantly more powerful than the 11th Gen intel’s core i5 11400H and 11300H series. This goes without saying it can easily handle high-end modern games with a powerful GPU. It does come with an integrated Radeon RX Vega 7 GPU cable for boosting up to 1600 MHz.

CPU’s Performance Benchmark
Check the performance comparison scores between both CPUs. Ryzen 5 5600H has the edge over Intel’s i5 11th Gen CPUs. However, it doesn’t mean Intel Core i5 1135G7, i5 11400 is bad for gaming & demanding tasks! They are mid-range gaming processors with the ability to easily pull out impressive performance on recent AAA titles. That being said, let’s check out the best Ryzen 5 5600h laptops you can get for less than 85k in India.
5 Best Ryzen 5 5600H Laptops Under 85,000 INR
Note: the price tag of the laptops might be different compared to when we added the product price in this article vs when you are reading it.
1. Acer Nitro 5 AN515-45-R7Z1
Acer Nitro 5 AN515-45-R7Z1 with a Ryzen 5 5600H is one of the best at this price range. With this powerful CPU, it comes with a 4 GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 dedicated GPU that offers a decent gaming performance unless the game does not ask for increased VRAM requirements. Being said that, you don’t have to worry at all because RTX 3050 can run almost all games at max/high settings with decent framerate, not to mention, this laptop comes with a 16:9 IPS display that can deliver up to 144Hz frames per second. That’s insane to have such powerful elements packed in one laptop, particularly at this price range. General Specifications:
Dedicated Graphics: GDDR6GPU Memory Capacity: 4 GBProcessor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600hSSD: 256 GB (500GB varient should be available as well)RAM: 8GB, DDR4HDD Capacity: 1 TBCPU Clock Speed: 3.3 GHz with Turbo Boost upto 4.2 GHzDisplay: Full HD LED Backlit IPS (144 Hz refresh rate)GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050Keyboard: Quad zone RBG backlitWeight: 2.4 kg
Build Quality and Cooling: The build quality of Acer Nitro 5 AN515 is excellent for this price range, and it does feel premium during use. It will get hot with powerful 5600H and RTX 3050 both on load during gaming, but perhaps one of the best qualities about the Acer Nitro 5 is its dual-fan ventilation and cooling system – good thermal design. It runs louder when fans are on full speed yet less loud than many other gaming laptops. With Acer’s NitroSense application, you can control fan speeds for both CPU and GPU. You can activate CoolBoost to increase the fan speed to the max for heavy-duty usage. Check out these game tests on this machine at max settings; easily hold on to ~60 FPS for most recent titles.
2. Victus by HP Ryzen 5 5600H
Victus by HP is another laptop with a similar configuration to Nitro 5 AN515. It’s packed with a Ryzen 5 5600H with 4 GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 dedicated GPU. When considering performance, these two components matter the most – indeed, a beast within this beauty if you go by specs alone. This model has a 40.9 cm (16.1″) diagonal, FHD (1920 x 1080), IPS display with a 60Hz frame rate which could have been better. I would prefer to have at least 120Hz cause the processor + GPU combination is well capable of pushing up to the limit. General Specifications:
Dedicated Graphics: GDDR6GPU Memory Capacity: 4 GBProcessor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600hSSD: 2 x 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSDsRAM: 8GB, DDR4 3200 MHz HDD Capacity: n/aCPU Clock Speed: 3.3 GHz with Turbo Boost upto 4.2 GHzDisplay: FHD (1920 x 1080) IPS Display (60 Hz refresh rate)GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050Keyboard: Single zone backlitWeight: 2.480 kg
Build Quality and Cooling: The color of this laptop is excellent, with an oil magnet texture on the surface. The design could have been smoother-edged, but no real complaints, and that’s totally from my point of view. The fans don’t scream much during gaming, and overall it feels smooth to work. The touchpad is big and friendly with a tangible click, and it didn’t rattle for me. The sound quality of this laptop is in the average range; Acer Nitro is probably a bit louder and better on audio quality. I have no clue what reason led HP to place the power button along with the top-row function keys. A possible accidental hit on the power key next to the delete key is not a great idea. The thermal design on this laptop is good for its configuration, and Victus comes with four heat pipes and a 5-way airflow design. Practically, during everyday use, it runs around 45°C, and during gaming, you can expect to reach 89°- 90°c max temperatures. 👉🏽 Related post: 6 Ways To Fix Laptop FPS Drop When Plugged In
3. Dell 15 (2021) Ryzen 5-5600H
Again with a similar CPU & GPU combination, you can go for the latest Dell 15. It cost a little more than the two laptops I have mentioned above, but it gives you the advantage of running on 16 GB DDR4 RAM. It’s one of the best laptops under 85000 INR in 2021. You can go for another variant of Dell 15, an AMD RX5600M, and a 6 GB GDDR6 GPU. You will get an additional 2 GB of GPU memory to push for the max settings on demanding games. Performance-wise RX5600M won’t match the capacity of RTX 3050, but it can outrun RTX 3050 with additional memory power + can provide a smoother gaming experience. Display on this laptop has a fair enough 120 Hz refresh rate that allows you to play games and do editing tasks smoothly. However, the screen’s response time isn’t that great for 22 ms – it’s one of the slowest screens compared to other gaming laptops. (they mentioned it’s 3 ms response time on) General Specifications:
Dedicated Graphics: GDDR6GPU Memory Capacity: 4 GB / 6 GBProcessor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600hSSD: 2 x 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSDsRAM: 16GB, DDR4 3200 MHz HDD Capacity: n/aCPU Clock Speed: 3.3 GHz with Turbo Boost upto 4.2 GHzDisplay: 120Hz 250 nits WVA Anti- Glare LED BacklitGPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 / AMD RX 5600M 6 GBKeyboard: Orange Backlit keyboardWeight: 2.57 kg
Build Quality and Cooling: It has a solid build quality and good value for the price. You got a better design and better build quality, as well as better hinge quality. For me, the screen shuts tight and had a tough time opening with a single hand (not an issue, though). You got a lot of air vents on top, left, right, and back. The air intake vents are on the bottom, and the laptop doesn’t have heating issues at all. During high-end gaming, you can switch to game shift mode by pressing Fn+Game Shift Key. It triggers the performance mode by maximizing the fans’ speed to keep the system cooler.
4. MSI Bravo 15 Ryzen 7 5800h Laptop
You might be wondering why I would list the Ryzen 7 5800h among other Ryzen 5 5600h laptops. The reason – because it has to be. Under the given price range, I must mention a laptop with as much quality as MSI Bravo. Ryzen 7 5800h being better in all areas than Ryzen 5 5600h while consuming almost the same amount of power as 5600h is a big plus and you have this processor on MSI Bravo with a package of 16 GB DDR4 RAM and 4GB RX5500M GPU is fantastic. And all of these come with a price tag of ~ 81k INR (currently) If you want the Ryzen 5 5600h variant, you can get it at a much cheaper rate on Flipkart The display quality, though, just like Dell 15, is overlooked. The display response time is more critical than the one on Dell 15. It comes with a 144 GHz refresh rate, but you might experience slight delays if you do care during gaming. General Specifications:
Dedicated Graphics: GDDR6GPU Memory Capacity: 4 GBProcessor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800hSSD: 512GB NVMe SSD.RAM: 16GB, DDR4HDD Capacity: n/aCPU Clock Speed: 3.2 GHz with Turbo Boost upto 4.2 GHzDisplay: IPS-Level 144Hz Thin BezelGPU: RX5500M GDDR6 4GBKeyboard: Steelseries RED Backlit KeyboardWeight: 2.35 kg
Build Quality and Cooling: You might experience minimal lid flex because it is made of plastic, although perfect plastic. Nice gaming look with rugged surface both at back and front. The previous model with the back logo looked better, but that’s ok. You also get a full-size keyboard. Overall it has a good build quality. In terms of audio, it isn’t one of the best in this price range. The thermal design is new on MSI and got a full heat sink that ensures the laptop stays relatively calm during stress. The CPU temperature was around 88 c and GPU 75c during most new game tests such as – Red dead redemption, Warzone, Valhalla. 👉🏽 Related post: How to Fix Conexant Audio Driver Issues in Windows 10
5. HP Pavilion 15-ec2075AX
Pavillion 15 has always been a great laptop and has come up with new-gen hardware upgrades every year since the series was first released. Its models had cons, but the new HP Pavilion 15-ec2075AX is an excellent laptop under 85k INR. This one comes with AMD Ryzen™ 5 5600H + RTX 3050 4GB GPU to provide you with an incredible gaming experience on a relatively lower budget. The 144Hz screen is a significant upgrade to the pavilion 15 series cause previously, many variants came with 60Hz, while GTX 1660Ti can pull out more than 60 frames per second. I had tearing issues on several occasions during gaming on Pavilion-15 ec0029AX. General Specifications:
Dedicated Graphics: GDDR6GPU Memory Capacity: 4 GBProcessor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600hSSD: 2 x 512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M. SSDRAM: 8GB, DDR4HDD Capacity: n/aCPU Clock Speed: 3.3 GHz with Turbo Boost upto 4.2 GHzDisplay: IPS, micro-edge, anti-glare, 250 nits (144Hz)GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050Keyboard: Full-size, ultra violet backlitWeight: 2.93 kg
Build Quality and Cooling: The build quality of Pavillion 15-ec2075AX is better than average, with an entirely plastic body all around. You should not experience any flex on the surface as internal components are tightly packed. You can’t be sure if this laptop can handle a fall, so be careful. The look is defiantly nice; the lift in the display position makes it extra attractive. The surface is rugged both back and front, which gives it an aggressive look. I like the exhale vents design on this model a lot. The keyboard feels great to use, and you got sufficient travel distance on the keys. I would love to have full directional keys, but compact up-down keys make it easier to use. Overall full keyboard is a significant element to have on Pavillion 15-ec2075AX. The thermal design has always been decent on Pavillion 15, and it continues to be. With the combination of Ryzen 5 5600h and an excellent thermal structure, this laptop remains under 75c to 85c even with demanding games. Wrapping up The are dozens of choices you may go for when you need a Ryzen 5 5600h processor on your laptop. In this article, I mainly listed the laptops that are good for gaming and editing tasks. There are other laptops with GTX 1650ti, but in 2021 you should try to get RTX technology, especially when you can get them in the same price range.
